The Telemarketing industry has changed out of all recognition with the introduction 9 years ago of the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). This year’s TPS Licensees Forum & Annual Conference is the only event that brings together the countries leading experts to share with you how they are managing the challenges and what lies ahead. The 2008 TPS Forum & Annual Conference, this year being held for the 1st time at the Call Centre Expo, NEC, Birmingham, is a must attend event for TPS licensees, marketers, and anyone engaged in telemarketing or outbound calling.
